La reforma de la organización electoral colombiana

Abstract

This essay proposes to reform thorough of the Colombian electoral organization. The document  describes the historical antecedents and the present structure of the electoral organization in the country. Then it focuses on the problem of giving to the political parties the direction and the control of the electoral organisms and considers the necessity to create an electoral organization which offers guarantees of impartiality and transparency to all the participants in the elections.
