Abstract
Elecciones magazine, edited and published by the National Office of Electoral Processes (ONPE) through the Submanagement of Electoral Information and Research, has as its main objective the multidimensional analysis of electoral processes in democratic systems. Since its foundation in 2002, Elecciones has included in its editions unpublished and innovative articles written by people dedicated to the study of Political Science, Law, Political Communication and other related areas, from various public and private institutions, including electoral authorities and officials. Thus, Elecciones represents an effort to be a space for plural and rigorous dialogue in which ideas, concepts and proposals are exchanged between academia and people linked to electoral governance.
