Conflictos de competencia en la función de fiscalización del Jurado Nacional de Elecciones

Abstract

At the historical moment Peru was going through, following the political crisis of 2000, priority was given to the need to rebuild the population's confidence in its electoral institutions in order to ensure a legitimate government, resulting from a truly democratic electoral process. This resulted in the National Jury of Elections (JNE) placing emphasis on oversight activities and allocating a significant budget for this activity.
