Percepciones de los peruanos sobre el voto electrónico presencial

Abstract

Electronic voting is a way of voting that incorporates the presence of Information and Communication Technologies in the voting process. The introduction of these technologies implies a radical change to the voter whose choice will be made through an electronic computer and not through a ballot paper. How do people respond to electronic voting? What are their biggest fears? To answer these questions, this article will cover the main perceptions, opinions and fears that people had when they interact with this new kind of voting of voting in Peru.
