Financiamiento de los partidos políticos en Argentina: modelo 2012

Abstract

The article offers a description of the rules that govern political finance in Argentina. The legal framework regulates the funding of three different types of party activities: institutional, primaries and electoral campaign. Regarding the origin of funds, the general rule is a combination of private and public funding, but there are particular rules for each of these party activities. The article analyses too the rules related to accountability, transparency and monitoring of political finance.
