Abstract

The National Office of Electoral Processes (ONPE) is pleased to present Elections, its institutional magazine that year after year contributes to disseminate the production of various specialists and experts in the electoral field, both national and foreign. The eleventh edition of Elecciones offers the public interested in these topics a wide range of studies and analyses focused from different disciplinary perspectives. This issue has been organized in three sections. The central section deals with electoral conflicts and electoral litigation based on the Peruvian and Mexican cases. The next section develops new topics related to citizenship in Peru. The last section deals with political parties through a Peruvian and a Bolivian case.
