Criterios relevantes de la justicia electoral mexicana

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to offer an overview of the main relevant jurisprudence theses of the Electoral Tribunal of the Federal Judiciary (TEPJF) in its task of imparting electoral justice in Mexico, highlighting the guaranteeing and anti-formalist function that this jurisdictional body has been performing for the benefit of the fundamental political-electoral rights of citizens and the principles of constitutionality and legality to which the acts of the federal and local electoral authorities must invariably be subject.
